Preparation

• Click the buttons below to download Mativ update manager, Mativ smart mat’s firmware, and Mativ smart band’s firmware on your Windows PC.
• Open the Mativ update manager.

Smart mat

1. Connect the smart mat with your PC using the USB cable provided.
2. Press the button on the side of the case five times. Then, the color of LED will change from red to yellow, and stop blinking. If the color of LED is green, disconnect the smart mat with your PC and connect the smart mat with your PC again.
3. Check if the text on the selected device changes to COM with one digit of a number, e.g. COM5 or COM7
4. Drag the Mativ smart mat’s firmware file into the Mativ update manager, and click the ‘Update’ button. Please wait until the update is completed.
5. After finishing the update, disconnect your smart mat and your Windows PC.

Smart band

1. Connect the smart band with your PC using the USB cable provided.
2. Tap the Mativ logo on the band five times. The color of LED will change from red to yellow, and stop blinking.
3. Check if the text on the selected device changes to COM with one digit of a number, e.g. COM5 or COM7
4. Drag the Mativ smart band’s firmware file into the Mativ update manager, and click the ‘Update’ button. Please wait until the update is completed.
5. After finishing the update, disconnect your smart mat and your Windows PC.
